Overview of Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will serve as a key resource for various projects, ensuring that stakeholders are supported and that efficient global processes are adhered to. This role involves engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives, enhance operational efficiencies, and align on project timelines for successful outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-regional initiatives and adapt to new areas within the TSI logistics framework as necessary.
  • Contribute to global projects with minimal oversight by identifying discrepancies, mobilizing appropriate resources, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Facilitate the execution and completion of projects to align with TSI Logistics objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comprehend assigned tasks (logistics, analytics, invoice evaluations), foresee potential risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to relevant personnel as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with both individual and service-level expectations.
  • Identify data inaccuracies, engage the right resources, and propose solutions in accordance with the project scope.
  • Collaborate directly with external vendors, customers, and partner teams to fulfill project requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to contribute to global improvement initiatives with limited guidance from leadership.
  • Act as the primary accountable leader for designated projects, assisting stakeholders in identifying and addressing process gaps.
  • Evaluate costs, benefits, and risks, responding swiftly to high-priority issues through appropriate escalation.
  • Work alongside internal and third-party engineering teams to develop network infrastructure solutions.
  • Create gap analyses, functional specifications, and project milestones.
  • Document lessons learned for each project and task.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery timelines.
  • Exhibit the capability to work independently while providing comprehensive reporting and adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, international business, or a related discipline (master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, or other relevant database querying languages.
  • 5+ years of experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating metrics and effectively presenting data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and synthesize data for informed business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
