Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Are you a proactive individual with a passion for sales? We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist to identify and engage potential clients within a designated sales territory.

We are in search of a dynamic professional with exceptional presentation capabilities and a track record of effective sales strategies. As a Technical Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities within your assigned area while also nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will foster strong client partnerships and drive sales performance. Leverage your sales acumen to assist our clients in achieving their business objectives with the innovative solutions we offer. A strong sense of ownership, motivation, and a competitive spirit are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and finalize new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Achieve or surpass annual sales objectives within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions, while gathering detailed information for proposals.
  • Engage in turnkey projects, demonstrations, and other customer-related initiatives to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the machine tool industry and the product offerings of the company.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for all prospecting and client interactions.
Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in outside sales of manufactured equipment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record as an effective closer.
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM software.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
