  • Conduct Customer Training: Conduct customer training sessions on company products and applications, optimizing usage and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Technical Writing Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Time Management Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct Advanced Customer Training: Conduct customer training on advanced features of company products, enhancing total document volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams: Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify and act on volume-building opportunities.
  • Develop Customer Engagement Plans: Develop and execute plans for customer engagement, including customized training plans and solutions presentations.
  • Provide Feedback and Follow-up: Provide feedback and follow-up on customer training sessions to ensure optimal product usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively Seek Improvements: Proactively seek ways to improve product and system performance, maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Requirements
  • 2-Year College Degree: 2-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • CompTIA CTT+ Certification: CompTIA CTT+ Certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid state driver's license and auto insurance coverage as required by company policy.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a basic understanding of office imaging products, data communications, and related networks.
