Position Overview:
The Sales Engineering Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client needs. This role involves working closely with both the Sales and IT departments to deliver tailored software solutions and services that meet the specific requirements of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and explain the features, functionalities, and advantages of technical products and services.
  • Design and present personalized product demonstrations that effectively address client inquiries and showcase product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Document and communicate client preferences and needs to the technical team to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the technical team regarding desired user interface and experience features.
  • Offer ongoing technical support and advice to clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations aligned with customer specifications.
  • Maintain robust relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities for additional sales and service offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technological advancements.
  • Engage in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote and represent products.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and reference materials for client use.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to strategize and close potential client engagements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
