Key Responsibilities- Attend product training schools to learn technical aspects of products and applications.
- Develop professional selling skills to find ways to add value to customers, distributors, and the company.
- Collaborate with a network of distributors, customers, and company divisions to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Utilize CRM to track opportunities, interpret sales data, and make informed business decisions.
- Communicate business activities and results effectively with timely reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or sales.
- Ability to relocate domestically to an assigned field/territory after the program.
- Overnight travel greater than 50-75% for the first 12 months.
- Technical competence and mechanical aptitude.
- Work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- ITAR eligibility (i.e., US citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee).
