Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at BSC Administration LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with our regional sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to address customer issues and concerns.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the energy industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of MRO contracts, OCTG, and LP market dynamics.
  • Preferred college degree, with work experience considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and drive.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel within the US. You will be working in a climate-controlled environment in our corporate office, with access to all necessary training and equipment.
