We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Mid-Continent territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain close relationships at all levels of customer organizations, striving to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on OleumTech's product offering and applications.
- Meet with customers to assist in all aspects of business development, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Support customers in the field for OleumTech implementations and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Deliver technical customer presentations to demonstrate OleumTech's differentiated solutions at customer meetings, customer training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
- Attend and/or participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to solve customer problems and document best practices to improve overall team performance.
- Maintain customer visits and interactions records in the company's CRM tool, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Ability to travel to customer sites with minimal notice, as required.
- BA/BS degree in technical/scientific discipline or equivalent work-related experience.
- At least 6 years of pre/post sales experience in the oil & gas market, with a strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies.
- Practical verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, schedule, and complete tasks on time.
