Job Summary

Sentinel Fuel Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager - Fuel Services to lead our fuel sales efforts and drive business growth in the Permian Basin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase fuel sales revenue and market share in the Permian Basin.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their fuel needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales techniques and strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Associate degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on fuel services.
  • Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to travel regularly, work in a highly safety-conscious environment, and lift up to 15 pounds.
