Account Executive

Francois & Co., a leading architectural elements manufacturer and importer, is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our Atlanta Showroom Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing our company and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Francois & Co. by articulating our unique values and providing industry-leading customer service to clients
- Engage with clients, including Designers, Architects, and Builders, in the assigned territory
- Conduct client presentations and facilitate networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships
- Qualify, maintain, and negotiate projects
- Update Salesforce and client and project information daily
- Be an expert on the Francois and Co. product line and utilize our company standard operating procedures
- Participate in jobsite meetings and site measurements as needed
- 2+ years of sales experience in the interior design field or architectural surfaces industry, with luxury experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of design principles and building materials
- Creative flair
- Ability to read building plans, elevations, and specifications
- Strong relationship development and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to maintain deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, with knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Base salary plus commission and benefits package
