HubSpot Sales Team - Business Development Representative

HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and helping businesses realize the potential of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively initiate conversations with potential customers through strategic outreach efforts
  • Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and determine their potential as customers
  • Work closely with account executives to identify potential customers and target industries
  • Develop and implement appropriate outbound prospecting strategies
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career path
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
