About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to hospital nursing practice standards and demonstrate expertise in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Complete a comprehensive Nursing Assessment form on each patient within 24 hours, identifying their unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in ICU or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
