Incentive: This role is eligible for a $1,000 Hiring Incentive. The selected candidate will receive $500 after completing 90 days of employment and an additional $500 after 6 months of service. This offer is exclusive to new hires.

Covid-19 Vaccination Requirement: New hires must provide proof of at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine before starting, unless an exception is approved. Both doses (except for the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine) must be completed within 40 days of hire unless an exception is on file.

Position Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a medical office or similar environment
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Nextgen knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Role Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying insurance details, and ensuring that referrals are properly handled. Your duties will include:

  • Entering and verifying patient information in the EMR system
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with various office tasks as needed

Physical & Cognitive Requirements:

The role involves regular communication, both verbally and in writing, with patients and colleagues. You may be required to:

  • Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch
  • Lift or move objects weighing over 20 pounds
  • Utilize specific vision abilities including close and distance vision

In addition, you will need to demonstrate manual dexterity and coordination, particularly when assisting patients with payments and documentation.
