Position Overview
This hybrid role necessitates a presence in our Seattle office for three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). Wayfair, a leading online retailer specializing in home furnishings and housewares, is actively seeking a Senior Executive Coordinator to oversee the daily operations for our senior technical leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination across all technical functions.
- Efficiently manage complex calendars, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts while collaborating with team members to enhance productivity.
- Offer executive assistance to 2-4 leaders, ensuring their needs are met proactively.
- Organize travel arrangements, both international and domestic, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Schedule and facilitate numerous weekly and ad hoc meetings, maintaining a high level of organization.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors and C-level executives, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee business expense management for executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Represent the team positively to external contacts and act as the primary liaison for visiting executives and corporate investors.
- Collaborate on executive communications and assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
- Serve as a backup for other administrative staff when necessary.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong assertiveness and the ability to provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail with robust planning and foresight capabilities.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and situations before they fully develop.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (including calendar, mail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, and meet).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- High level of discretion regarding confidential information.
- Flexibility to address ad hoc issues that may arise outside of standard business hours.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $83,000 and $101,000, with the base pay varying based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be included as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive array of medical, financial, and other benefits.
