The **Senior Administrative Coordinator** will be entrusted with managing sensitive information and will be expected to uphold a high level of professionalism when interacting with senior executives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing multiple intricate calendars
  • Planning and executing events of various scales
  • Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements

This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive team atmosphere and building effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities:

In-office presence required three days a week.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in senior-level administrative support, or 1 year of experience at Amazon
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing executive-level calendars

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proven experience in managing multiple calendars effectively
