The **Senior Administrative Coordinator** will be entrusted with managing sensitive information and will be expected to uphold a high level of professionalism when interacting with senior executives. Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and executing events of various scales
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements
This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive team atmosphere and building effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
In-office presence required three days a week.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in senior-level administrative support, or 1 year of experience at Amazon
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing executive-level calendars
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Proven experience in managing multiple calendars effectively

Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
