The Amazon Go division is in search of a Senior Administrative Coordinator eager to thrive in a dynamic, innovative, and expanding environment.

This role involves providing comprehensive support to two Directors within our Amazon Go team.

Key Responsibilities:

This Senior Administrative Coordinator will be entrusted with managing sensitive information and upholding a high level of professionalism when interacting with senior leadership. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing multiple intricate calendars
  • Planning and executing events of various scales
  • Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements

This individual will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and building effective working relationships across the organization.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in senior-level administrative support, or 1 year of experience at Amazon
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Expertise in managing executive-level calendars
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars effectively

Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various US regions. The base salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $107,100 annually, depending on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full suite of medical, financial, and other benefits.
