About the Role

The AWS Platform Organization is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Coordinator to provide high-level support to multiple executives within the Security and Compliance Engineering teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars with precision, ensuring optimal time allocation and productivity.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, crafting detailed itineraries and liaising with travel agents for smooth transitions.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas and tracking action items to ensure follow-through.
  • Process expense reports and invoices as necessary, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior leaders and their teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with various business partners to deliver comprehensive support to executives and their teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in tracking and driving completion of critical deliverables and outstanding tasks.
  • Support the annual operational planning and performance review processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting senior leadership.
  • Proven expertise in managing executive-level calendars.
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
