We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Engineering to lead our Cloud Infrastructure team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with product management.
  • Help define service strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent the organization at the executive level, providing technical expertise and leadership.
  • Manage the design, development, and operations of the team, ensuring delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with peers and senior leadership to identify requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate solutions for new features and functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership, mentoring and growing junior engineers to senior levels.

**Requirements**

  • 10 years of experience designing, delivering, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
  • 7 years of experience managing large-scale organizations, preferably with multiple layers of management.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating Systems fundamentals, networking, distributed systems, and high-performance computing.
  • Experience with build automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment tools.
