Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at WillowWood Global LLC. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Great Lakes region, establishing trusted relationships with domestic distributors, and meeting or exceeding strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with Prosthetic Facilities
  • Schedule and meet with Prosthetic facilities to educate personnel on WillowWood product line and service offerings
  • Determine customer pain points and propose solutions that may fulfill their needs
  • Follow-up on customer/distributor rep requests and assist in resolving customer complaints
  • Travel, or coordinate regular communication with distributor sales personnel in assigned region to educate them on WillowWood product/service offerings and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
  • Develop trusted relationship to serve as their key point of contact within WillowWood
  • Attend state, regional and national trade shows representing company and in support of distributors
  • Conduct product training and education workshops
  • Assist in rollout and training of new product introductions and all WillowWood services
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal staff offering suggestions that may help the success of a product or the marketing of a product
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-5 years marketing and/or sales experience
  • Practical knowledge and experience in marketing, finance, budgeting and P&L activities
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field
  • Effective product presentation skills, capabilities and experience
  • Strong computer skills/experience with Microsoft products - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight, weekend and international as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills as illustrated by proven experience in establishing own goals, work activities and schedule
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute within a group
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • A working knowledge of Social Media platforms and an understanding of using Social Marketing to drive sales and build professional relationships
