Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the assembly and disassembly of all promotional equipment and materials
  • Travel to assigned events and locations as required
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company programs, services, and resorts
  • Execute and innovate promotional strategies to achieve or surpass production targets
  • Follow the company-approved presentation script
  • Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and sales objectives
  • Identify and target demographic areas and events that yield leads and sales
  • Utilize effective and innovative techniques to align with brand design
  • Complete all mandatory company training and compliance courses as assigned
  • Adhere to company standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least six (6) months of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is required
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment (e.g., phone, computer, copier, fax machine, 10-key, etc.)
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and public speaking skills
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt effectively to change
  • Sound judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Highly self-motivated with a dynamic energy and competitive spirit
