Job Summary

HouseMaster is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting HouseMaster services to real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other real estate service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the owners, including answering phones, creating agendas and presentations, taking meeting notes, and reports.
  • Develop and implement a successful marketing campaign to drive growth in revenue, increase visibility, and enhance reputation.
  • Ensure phone coverage during business hours and follow existing HouseMaster script for telephone and personal contact with potential clients and referral partners.
  • Drive to a minimum number of offices per designated time period and schedule "office talks".
  • Attend industry networking functions and compile and distribute marketing give-a-ways.
  • Book home inspections and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of business, sales, or marketing experience preferred.
  • Degree in Marketing or Sales (college student is acceptable).
  • Proficient with computers and social media.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective, versatile, and action-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business relations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
