Position Overview:

As a Front Office Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our front office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Upholding quality assurance standards in hospitality for all visitors.
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Assisting the Front Office Manager with inventory management.
  • Contributing to the refinement of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Executing front desk accounting tasks, including the reconciliation of end-of-day reports.
  • Maintaining essential documentation related to daily operations.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as Housekeeping and Engineering as necessary.
  • Ensuring accuracy in arrival information and preparing welcome packets.
  • Conducting property and room inspections to uphold quality standards.
  • Providing management with recommendations for improvement and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.
  • At least six (6) months of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity and professionalism.
  • A courteous demeanor when managing guest interactions.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
Additionally, the following skills will be advantageous:
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Proficiency in addressing sensitive inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Strong numerical skills for handling discounts and commissions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the collaboration between Housekeeping and Front Office operations.
