Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following established procedures and hotel standards.
  • Linen Management: Maintain an organized linen cart that is neat, well-stocked, and easily accessible.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any areas within guest rooms that require attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
  • Security and Accountability: Maintain the security of your equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
  • Lost and Found: Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
