Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and inviting attitude, establishing a positive first impression.

Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience with cash handling is essential

Exceptional communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service is preferred

Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is advantageous
