Job Title: Senior Account Executive

As a seasoned Senior Account Executive at Paladin Technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's customer base. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to increase sales revenue across all company service offerings.
  • Pursue relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Target and develop new clients to secure profitable relationships.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and other corporate departments to drive the penetration of integrated security systems.
  • Propose and present new solutions for security, integrated systems technologies, and infrastructure.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and maintain CRM activities, opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for changing security technology and trends to ensure Paladin's offerings are leading edge.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Progressive outside sales experience in a technical sales environment, preferably in the integrated security, networking/data cabling, and/or commercial audio-visual industries.
  • Experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, corporate AV, or other related systems is preferred.
  • Experience selling into related sectors, including gaming, healthcare, industrial construction, government, education, defense, and utilities, is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of IP networks, low-voltage electronics, power and communications, Windows XP or 7 workstations, and Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Experience with access control, CCTV (IP), intrusion systems, client-server security applications, MS SQL databases, server and storage infrastructure is an asset.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
  • Continuing education is highly valued - technical, associate's, bachelor's degree, or security industry certifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in one-on-one and large group situations.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, including client and employee relations.

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly) in order to communicate with employees and/or customers; manual dexterity required for frequent reaching and lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
  • Travel may be required.
Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 + Commission, DOE
