Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead the logistics, procurement, and comprehensive management of a $400 million factory project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong PMO background and demonstrate the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams while managing equipment procurement and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the PMO for the factory development project, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage logistics and procurement operations, collaborating with both internal and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Formulate and execute project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage closely with engineering teams to ensure project objectives align with overall business goals.
  • Provide consistent updates and reports to senior leadership, showcasing project advancements and addressing potential challenges.
  • Maintain an on-site presence in Jefferson City for at least 3 days a week, with a preference for 5 days.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all project elements are aligned and executed efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, emphasizing logistics, sourcing, and procurement.
  • Demonstrated PMO expertise with a successful track record in managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jefferson City, MO, for a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
