We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team at Populous Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our business growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our services and expertise to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the proposal process to ensure that our firm's experience and qualifications are accurately communicated and adhere to graphic and brand standards.
  • Work closely with market leaders to identify leads and maintain client relationships through meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Support communications, public relations, content marketing, and brand strategy through coordination, writing, and event planning.
  • Maintain project leads and client contacts through CRM software.
  • Research global and industry-wide trends, competitors, target clientele, projects, and developments.
Requirements
  • Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign experience is required for this role; additional Creative Suite experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience is required.
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing, and creative writing as well as proofreading and editing.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task/manage multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve successful results within project deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications field, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Proven work history in an office or similar environment.
