Position Summary:

CROSSLINK Professional Tax Solutions is a prominent provider of software solutions tailored for professional tax preparers throughout the United States. The Learning Department is crucial to the organization's success, enhancing both the company and its clientele by fostering expertise in utilizing various CrossLink products. As a Learning and Development Specialist, your role will encompass delivering training to both internal teams and external clients. Key responsibilities include the design, development, and execution of training programs aimed at maximizing customer proficiency with CrossLink software. Furthermore, you will support clients in transitioning smoothly to CrossLink by offering comprehensive training and assistance during the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of CrossLink's diverse product offerings, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of each during training sessions;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, guiding them to achieve proficiency with CrossLink software throughout the onboarding process;
  • Create and deliver tailored virtual training sessions for both current customers and potential clients;
  • Adjust training delivery in real-time to meet the specific needs and circumstances of customers;
  • Conduct internal training sessions for the CrossLink Sales Team to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Travel as needed to industry events or client locations to provide personalized training;
  • Become adept at presenting training through various formats, including webinars, conference calls, and in-person sessions;
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours to accommodate business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience;
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and principles is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus;
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Basic understanding of software installation and configuration;
  • Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
