Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Shipping & Receiving / Customer Service Representative. This position is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

COMPENSATION: Based on Experience

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Operate company vehicles to complete deliveries in a timely and safe manner.

- Load, transport, and unload materials to various job sites and clients.

- Verify that all materials are loaded correctly and delivered to the appropriate locations.

- Cross-check materials against vendor receipts and purchase orders.

- Unload deliveries from vendors.

- Prepare items for shipping and determine the best shipping methods, including pulling items for next-day shipments.

- Utilize forklifts or hand trucks to manage shipments.

- Assist customers with pick-up orders.

- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.

- Keep the work environment organized and safe.

- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations.

- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


- Valid California Driver's License

- Clean driving history

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift weights between 50-75 lbs.

- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn

- Ability to read and verify measurements or a willingness to learn

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- Forklift experience is advantageous; certification will be provided by Accurate Heating and Cooling Inc.
