Position Overview
As we continue to expand, we are in search of a driven Sales Executive located in the New York area to spearhead our growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in lead generation, conversion, and business development, ideally with experience engaging high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve both short-term and long-term sales objectives in alignment with company goals.
• Formulate and execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance revenue growth.
• Cultivate robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Convert both cold and warm leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Design and present compelling sales pitches to highlight our services and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of client requests, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
• Continuously seek improvements in sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the brokerage.

Team Collaboration
Act as a resource for knowledge-sharing within the team, leading training sessions and taking on project leadership roles as necessary, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration to enhance team success.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of results-driven sales experience, ideally targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives.
• Previous experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Sales, or Entertainment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a consistent adherence to processes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible work schedule with availability for after-hours work as needed.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • Uncapped commission-based bonuses (average first-year earnings: $70,000 - $115,000).

Base Salary Range:
