ABOUT THIS ROLE
BerlinRosen is in search of a Lead Advertising Account Strategist who possesses the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative advertising strategies that yield measurable outcomes for our clients. This role involves overseeing campaigns from inception to completion, requiring a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have approximately 3-4 years of relevant experience in growth marketing and a desire to contribute to a thriving team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
As a Lead Advertising Account Strategist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships through regular communication, presenting insights, and engaging in strategic discussions.
- Designing advertising strategies and media plans tailored to clients' objectives and performance metrics.
- Conducting thorough research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform advertising strategies.
- Overseeing the setup, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Creating and maintaining project timelines and ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Applying knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Generating comprehensive reports that synthesize data from various sources, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Addressing and resolving technical issues that may arise during campaign execution.
- Collaborating with the accounts team to stay informed about client developments and priorities.
- Working closely with the design team to produce engaging ad content that aligns with brand messaging and adheres to best practices.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and regulations in digital advertising.
- 3-4+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign planning and execution.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client deadlines.

Compensation philosophy: BerlinRosen offers competitive salaries and regularly reviews compensation structures to ensure fairness across teams.
Salary range: $80,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience.
