We are in search of a Lead Brand Strategist to oversee the daily operations for brands within the financial technology and food and beverage sectors.
As a Lead Brand Strategist, your responsibilities will include extracting insights from research to formulate a strategic approach and brand narrative that aligns our client's business objectives and unites colleagues around a common vision.
You will collaborate closely with a Strategy Director and a broader team that includes Analytics and Content partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct audience, category, and cultural research to reveal critical strategic insights.
- Analyze and synthesize client materials to identify overarching themes and gaps that SPCSHP can address through further research or enhanced strategy.
- Develop a strategic brand narrative grounded in research insights and organize these insights into a shareable framework that structures the strategy.
- Present strategies and creative concepts to clients, demonstrating how creative solutions address real-world consumer tensions and business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate strategy into actionable market plans.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback, assessing and recommending adjustments to resolve issues.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a strategist.
- Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and/or Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Passion for working at the intersection of brand and creative strategy.
- Strong primary and secondary research skills, with the ability to creatively utilize various tools to uncover deep organizational, media, and audience insights; experience in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative target audience research.
- Capability to delve deeply into research to craft compelling narratives that clarify business and brand challenges and opportunities.
- Proven ability to create insightful, data-informed strategies (presentations, POVs, etc.) that guide creative efforts.
- Enthusiasm for the work itself and for collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to produce exceptional results.
Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this range depends on several factors, including qualifications and experience, the skill level required for the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing team members at SPCSHP in the same role to maintain equity.
