Role Overview:

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and conveying the SERVPRO narrative. This position requires a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with new contacts, possesses outstanding communication abilities (both in-person and online), and is driven by sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the unique advantages of partnering with SERVPRO and effectively communicate these benefits to clients and customers.
  • Establish, nurture, and fortify professional relationships within your sales territory through regular marketing outreach.
  • Boost brand recognition by engaging in marketing initiatives such as professional associations, informational sessions, and continuing education events.
  • Leverage marketing tools to log daily outreach efforts and monitor all lead activities and opportunities.
  • Provide management with updates on revenue and reports related to your designated sales territory.
  • Enhance sales territory revenue by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience is required.
  • A strong focus on processes and results is essential.
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance sectors is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
