Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Chumash Enterprises. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage all front desk operations, including guest registration, room assignments, and check-out procedures.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, including Bell Attendants and Housekeeping Team Members, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Accounting: Maintain accurate records of guest bills and ensure proper credit and cash handling procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, promoting a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of experience in hotel front desk operations or related guest service experience.
  • Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

Chumash Enterprises offers a competitive salary range of $23.00 to $25.25 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
