Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent at AC Santa Clara, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register guests, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems that may arise during guest stays.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Pay: $16.00-$21.52 per hour.
