Front Desk Supervisor

At Palihouse Santa Barbara, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and memorable experience for guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
