Front Desk Operations Manager

At Gold\u0027s Gym - SoCal, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including supervising staff, handling member inquiries, and ensuring that all club policies and procedures are followed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front desk team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive member experience
- Handling member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring that all club policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention
- Providing coaching and development opportunities to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements for the role include:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
