Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and ensure that front desk procedures meet hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to guest complaints and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct and train front desk staff, assist with new-hire and ongoing training, and participate in the hiring process.
  • Review daily room availability, VIP and special request reservations, and ensure that all necessary reports and forms are completed.
  • Be familiar with all company policies and benefits, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by direct and indirect supervisors.
Requirements
  • Prior front desk experience required, with one to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards, and hospitality industry systems is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and customer relations skills, with the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system, and POS are required.
