About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Network Development Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our strategic business development team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into our Networks of Care. Your primary focus will be on growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals, ensuring the availability of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physician and Provider Recruitment: Identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Physician and Provider Onboarding: Deliver full-cycle relationship management from initiation to onboarding of new providers, including executing agreements, credentialing, and other applicable tasks.
  • Physician and Provider Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with new prospective physicians, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Develop strong, productive relationships through direct and in-person communication.
  • Presentations: Conduct service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers, effectively conveying value propositions.
  • Market Research: Stay current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform pitches to prospective physicians or providers.
  • Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings, staying updated on any developments and effectively communicating them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, physician relations, and internal teams, to align strategies and objectives.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel 75% of the time within Central California, with occasional travel statewide or beyond.
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Building Abilities: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking in work approach.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrates adaptability to meet needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Demonstrates attention to detail in communication, outreach, and informative materials.

Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full-time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
