Job Title: Case Manager

At Lao Family Community Development, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing employment services to low-income and WIOA participants, helping them gain subsidized and unsubsidized job placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach and recruitment of employers and job seekers
  • Providing orientation, intake assessment, and Individual Employment Plan (IEP) development
  • Case management, On the Job Training, and Individual Training Account/Vocational Training counseling
  • Job placement and ongoing support to participants
  • Follow-up and retention services
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience providing employment direct services and coaching
  • Excellent communication, community relations, networking, and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures
