This role is a hybrid opportunity for the Central California market area and will report up through our brand-new Oakland City Center location. This role requires traveling to the Oakland office and Physician Offices as needed.

About Your Work

As the Network Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais's Networks of Care. You will own growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals, ensuring the availability of high-quality healthcare services. Your focus will be on physician and provider recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and presentations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, physician relations, and internal teams to align strategies and objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers, effectively conveying value propositions.
