About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Physician Network Development Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Physician Network team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing growth strategies focused on physicians, medical groups, and community-based organizations for Altais as part of its statewide expansion of networks of care within California.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase visibility with primary and specialty physicians in new and established markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with departments, including credentialing and contracting, to ensure smooth execution of provider contracts.
- Support the team of Network Development Managers to prioritize provider targets and maintain an adequate level of outreach to attain contracted provider goals.
- Assist leadership with market research and data analysis to inform strategic growth decisions.
- Present growth plans and progress updates to stakeholders, and modify approach as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% in the field.
