Position: Audio-Visual Systems Tester

Role Overview:

  • Interpret and analyze electronic schematics and architectural designs
  • Evaluate point-to-point functionality of systems
  • Assess project Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure installation excellence
  • Conduct troubleshooting for AMX/Crestron and DSP systems
  • Install control programs (AMX/Crestron) and implement programming modifications
  • Configure IP addressable devices for seamless network communication
  • Facilitate client training and complete final project documentation
  • Manage the creation and resolution of project Punchlists
  • Travel to various project sites as required

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Strong communication skills and professionalism with stakeholders
  • Excellent business writing capabilities
  • Expertise in testing and calibration tools
  • Experience in user acceptance testing
  • Ability to diagnose complex system challenges
  • Familiarity with advanced signal flow principles
  • Understanding of IP networking
  • Proficient in PC operations
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Independent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • Valid Driver's License and a minimum of a High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education in electronics or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in AV installation
  • Familiarity with Enterprise VC solutions (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
  • AVIXA General CTS certification
