We are expanding our operations, and we are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to help manage growing client needs and assist both new and existing clients with the best products and sales services available.
Our open opportunity as a Customer Service Representative is a chance to get a foot in the door with a company that offers career mobility to middle and upper-level management positions.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping the community establish what programs and services are the best fit for them. Together, our solutions will impact the everyday lives of community members.
We equip our Customer Service Representatives with the knowledge and resources necessary to assist our clients in making their innovations known and achieving their overall sales, outreach, and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically educate customers about our client's programs, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed.
- Exhibit open and interactive communication to connect with consumer accounts and initiate the sales and customer service processes.
- Maintain necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing customer accounts.
- Answer questions from customers regarding products and sales orders using information available from our telecommunications clients.
- Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Community Outreach Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals.
