POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Services Provider plays a vital role under the supervision of the Program Director, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients within the Sage Commons residential program designed for homeless adults.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee and monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment.
  2. Meet the essential needs of program guests, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation of guest activities through written notes.
  4. Conduct rounds, counts, and inspections, documenting findings appropriately.
  5. Manage incoming communications via telephone and door/gate.
  6. Facilitate client intakes and assessments.
  7. Provide crisis intervention and mediate conflicts effectively.
  8. Record incidents and areas of concern using designated reporting formats.
  9. Organize and lead recreational and life skills activities for guests.
  10. Perform administrative tasks such as filing and general office duties.
  11. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning as necessary.
  12. Occasionally drive for agency-related tasks.
  13. Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
  14. Maintain a physical presence at the program site.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. High school diploma or GED is required.
  2. A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  3. Certification in emergency first aid and CPR is preferred.
  4. Ability to document communications and behaviors clearly and accurately.
  5. Skilled in observing the resident population effectively.
  6. Experience in conducting perimeter and room checks.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  8. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, insured and compliant with legal standards.
  9. Must pass a criminal background check.
  10. Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and TB test.
