Client Support Specialist

Position Overview: The Client Support Specialist will engage with clients to address inquiries, deliver product insights, and assist customers by being knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to swiftly resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer care and focus; assess clients' needs and provide accurate answers, guidance, troubleshooting, or methods to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle and manage incoming communications through calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
- Learn and adhere to all customer service protocols and policies.
- Aim to meet and exceed personal and team performance targets.
- Document, organize, and maintain records of customer interactions and account modifications.
- Capable of upselling when necessary.
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments to address customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related domain.
- Proficient in communication across phone and various platforms.
- Basic computer literacy and experience.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Active listening skills to convey information and address inquiries or concerns.
