Position Overview
The Client Services Provider plays a crucial role under the supervision of the Program Director, focusing on the oversight and support of clients within the Sage Commons residential program designed for homeless adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment.
- Address the fundamental needs of program participants, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
- Maintain accurate written records to document client activities.
- Conduct rounds, counts, and inspections, recording findings on designated forms.
- Manage incoming calls and visitors at the facility.
- Facilitate the intake process for new clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and mediate conflicts as necessary.
- Record incidents and areas of concern using established reporting formats.
- Organize and lead recreational and life skills activities for clients.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and general office duties.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
- Drive for agency-related business when necessary.
- Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Maintain a physical presence at the program to ensure client support.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in a related field.
- Preferred: Current certification in emergency first aid and CPR.
- Ability to document communications, behaviors, and routine events clearly and accurately.
- Capable of visually monitoring the resident population.
- Conduct thorough perimeter and room checks.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and familiarity with communication platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation that meets insurance requirements.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and TB test.
- Competitive pay rate: Class 100 ($20.63/hour) with updates effective July 1, 2024.

- Eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program as a qualified non-profit organization.
