Position Overview

The Client Services Provider plays a crucial role under the supervision of the Program Director, focusing on the oversight and support of clients within the Sage Commons residential program designed for homeless adults.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment.
  2. Address the fundamental needs of program participants, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
  3. Maintain accurate written records to document client activities.
  4. Conduct rounds, counts, and inspections, recording findings on designated forms.
  5. Manage incoming calls and visitors at the facility.
  6. Facilitate the intake process for new clients.
  7. Provide crisis intervention and mediate conflicts as necessary.
  8. Record incidents and areas of concern using established reporting formats.
  9. Organize and lead recreational and life skills activities for clients.
  10. Handle administrative tasks such as filing and general office duties.
  11. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
  12. Drive for agency-related business when necessary.
  13. Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
  14. Maintain a physical presence at the program to ensure client support.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or GED is required.
  2. Preferred: Two years of experience in a related field.
  3. Preferred: Current certification in emergency first aid and CPR.
  4. Ability to document communications, behaviors, and routine events clearly and accurately.
  5. Capable of visually monitoring the resident population.
  6. Conduct thorough perimeter and room checks.
  7. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and familiarity with communication platforms like Teams and Zoom.
  8. Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation that meets insurance requirements.
  9. Must pass a criminal background check.
  10. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and TB test.
