Position Summary:
The Client Services Provider is a vital role reporting directly to the Program Director. This position is essential for overseeing and supporting clients at the Golden State Triage Center, a residential facility designed for homeless adults.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment.
2. Attend to the basic needs of program guests, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
3. Maintain accurate written records of guest activities.
4. Conduct regular rounds, counts, and inspections, documenting findings appropriately.
5. Manage communication by answering phone calls and attending to visitors at the door/gate.
6. Facilitate client intakes and provide necessary crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
7. Document incidents and areas of concern using established reporting formats.
8. Organize and lead recreational and life skills activities for guests.
9. Perform general office duties and maintain filing systems.
10. Carry out routine cleaning tasks as required.
11. Respond effectively and efficiently in emergency situations.
12. Maintain a physical presence within the program to ensure safety and support.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in client supervision.
- Current certification in emergency first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Ability to document communications and events clearly and accurately.
- Strong observational skills to monitor resident activities.
- Competence in performing perimeter and room checks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with communication platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
