POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Services Provider is accountable to the Program Director and plays a vital role in supervising and monitoring clients within the Sage Commons residential program designed for homeless adults.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee and monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment.
  2. Ensure the fundamental needs of program guests, including food, hygiene, and shelter, are adequately met.
  3. Maintain written documentation of guest activities.
  4. Record rounds, counts, and inspections using the appropriate documentation.
  5. Manage incoming calls and visitors at the facility.
  6. Conduct intake assessments for new guests.
  7. Provide crisis intervention and facilitate conflict resolution.
  8. Document any areas of concern using incident reporting formats.
  9. Organize recreational and life skills activities for guests.
  10. Perform general office duties, including filing.
  11. Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as necessary.
  12. May be required to drive for agency-related tasks.
  13. Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
  14. Physical presence at the program site is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. High school diploma or GED is required.
  2. Preferred: Two years of experience in a related field.
  3. Current certification in emergency first aid and CPR is preferred.
  4. Ability to document communications, behaviors, and routine events accurately and legibly.
  5. Capable of visually monitoring the resident population.
  6. Conduct perimeter and room checks as needed.
  7. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms.
  8. Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation that is properly insured and compliant with all laws.
  9. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  10. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and TB test.
