POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Services Provider is accountable to the Program Director and plays a vital role in supervising and monitoring clients within the Sage Commons residential program designed for homeless adults.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment.
- Ensure the fundamental needs of program guests, including food, hygiene, and shelter, are adequately met.
- Maintain written documentation of guest activities.
- Record rounds, counts, and inspections using the appropriate documentation.
- Manage incoming calls and visitors at the facility.
- Conduct intake assessments for new guests.
- Provide crisis intervention and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Document any areas of concern using incident reporting formats.
- Organize recreational and life skills activities for guests.
- Perform general office duties, including filing.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as necessary.
- May be required to drive for agency-related tasks.
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Physical presence at the program site is essential.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in a related field.
- Current certification in emergency first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Ability to document communications, behaviors, and routine events accurately and legibly.
- Capable of visually monitoring the resident population.
- Conduct perimeter and room checks as needed.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation that is properly insured and compliant with all laws.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and TB test.
- Competitive pay rate: Class 100 ($20.63/hour).

- Eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program as a qualified non-profit organization.
