About the Role

NAMCCO AUTOPARTS LLC seeks a highly skilled Office and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting the office team with administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, supervising inventory, and managing product receipt and distribution.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English and Spanish, and previous experience in warehouse logistics or administrative roles. They will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operation of office and warehouse functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager with administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Oversee warehouse logistics and organization.
  • Supervise inventory levels, place orders as needed.
  • Manage product receipt and distribution within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to optimize workflow.
  • Prepare reports on daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate required due to specific team and operational needs.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in warehouse logistics or administrative roles desired.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year based on Houston, TX location.
