Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
Aramco Services Company invites applications for an Administrative Operations Coordinator position, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing events, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing email correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and accounting of meeting expenses.
  • Assist senior management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years of progressively more responsible experience in administrative assistant or high-level secretarial functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Tact, discretion, and good judgment.

Salary:$100,000 - $130,000 per year,
Location:Riyadh City Centre,
